NOVA Center for the Performing Arts’ Exclusive Auction and Sale Items at OperaFest

NOVA Center for the Performing Arts has been given a unique opportunity to offer numerous extravagant sale and auction items at OperaFest on Saturday, March 22 at 6:00 pm at the Yellowstone Country Club, 5707 Bobby Jones Blvd.

Don’t miss out on lavish prizes such as an original oil painting by Neil Jussila, a breathtaking violinist painting by Jose Luis Rodriguez, an elegant party for 20 with catered appetizers, select wines from City Vineyard, tickets to an opening show, two gourmet dinners for eight, a trip of a lifetime to an African photo safari, or a luxurious fine jewelry piece from Montagues.

The original oil painting by Neil Jussila, entitled “With Twilight Ghosts,” measures approximately 4 feet by 7 feet wide. Jussila has been a faculty member at MSU-Billings since 1969 and has been a featured artist over the past 13 years in over 82 national, refereed, exhibitions. For a donation of $2,000, or best offer, a business or private donor can own this stunning piece.

José Luis Rodríguez Guerra, artist of the violinist piece, has been a resident of the Pacific Northwest for the past forty years. He has skillfully advanced the arts in our region with his artwork, as a former member of the Seattle Arts Commission, and as a curator, founder and director of the Art Attack Alternative Space in Boise, Idaho, and in Seattle, WA.

All proceeds from the painting and other auction items will be used to further NOVA’s mission, to enhance the performing arts culture of the greater Billings region.
