AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
ACTING:
(required) Be ready to read from scenes. This is a very laid  back process.
MOVEMENT: (required) Please come in movement clothes or bring a change of clothes. All students auditioning will learn a short 16-32 measure dance and perform it for the production team.
MUSIC: (required) Please prepare 32 measures (or verse & chorus) of either a Broadway rock musical number or 60’s/70’s/80’s rock cover. You must bring in sheet music (mark start and finish of piece) or a karaoke track. A CD player and accompanist will be available. NO ACAPELLA!
INSTRUMENTS: (required if you would like to be considered for most leads or to play in the orchestra) Please bring 32 (verse and a chorus or instrument solo) of a Broadway rock musical number 60’s/70’s/80’s rock song. Keep in mind, you can sing along with the song to incorporate your music audition.
Actors needed to play instruments: Bass guitar, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, drums & keyboard
Orchestra musicians needed: Bass guitar, 2nd keyboard, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar & Drums
