
Mary Ann Connors fell in love with
theater over half a century ago as an observer and performer.
By high school she knew she had found
her career, which she pursued at MSU-B earning BS and MS
degrees in education. With endorsements in high school English
and drama, she spent the next forty years teaching and
producing plays.
She likes comedies and dramas from
classics to modern as an actress, costumer, and director.
Now retired, she enjoys having time for
her family and NOVA where she has directed a variety of shows
including “Dinosaurs Before Dark,” “Love, Loss, and What I
Wore,” and “An Evening with Sherlock Holmes.” Costumer of
several operas, this is her debut directing one
