This is not your average fairy tale. In this Cinderella,
composed by Peter Maxwell Davies and directed by Janie Sutton, a
young Cinderella travels from home to become the au pair for
three young women who dream of nothing but marrying rich. This
retelling includes a trusty fairy “cat” mother, a chorus of
kittens, and of course a midnight striking clock.
