NOVA Center for the Performing Arts, located on historic Montana Avenue, announces its twelfth season of theater and music. Whether you prefer to be part of a production, attend and watch some or all of the productions, or support community theater in Billings, your enthusiasm and participation are greatly appreciated! The artistic committee of NOVA Center for the Performing Arts and Executive Director Dodie Rife announce NOVA’s 2024-25 season! NOVA has a full slate of productions to illustrate the theme of “Engage, Challenge, and Inspire.” It is exciting to begin the season with ten entertaining and challenging productions, including a wide variety of plays: Jake’s Women, A Christmas Carol, Over the River and Through the Woods and Pride and Prejudice; one musical, Once Upon a Mattress and four youth productions: Space Pirates, an Itty Bitty Production, The Enchanted Bookshop, and Comic Book Artist; as well as two opera productions: a return of the crowd-pleasing The Impresario featured in NOVA’s Festival of One-Act Operas, plus the Rimrock Opera Foundation/NOVA production of Hansel and Gretel. NOVA Center for the Performing Arts opens the season with the out-of-this-world comic adventure Space Pirates, a Youth Conservative production that speaks to the myriad of personalities,
